Team New Jersey Elite is now in it's 14th year of existence 

Since inception the Elite have guided 334 players to their collegiate careers; all while never fielding a guest player. The Elite have 2 strong components that have propelled Team New Jersey Elite to such sucess. Loyalty to families and enthusiasm for the game.

 

 

Eric Alvarez, a former collegiate head coach

and now Athletic Director and the staff for Team NJ Elite has instilled a tireless work ethic mimicking what it takes to become a collegiate athlete. His program has 4 main components that make up the Elite program:

 

 

 

1. Train as hard and often as you can
2. Condition your body for success
3. Exposure to collegiate coaches & pro scouts across the country
4. Commitment to the classroom                                                   

Ariadna Martinez, a graduate of American University

and former teacher of Higher Achievement has brought ACT/SAT training and tutoring for all of our student athletes. In addition she has brought community service to the program with the introduction of our very own Big Bro' Lil Bro mentorship program. Her presence has made an impact in a variety of ways. Ariadna's pilot programs help student-athletes understand the importance of the following:

 

1. Time Management the single most useful tool in life, use it
2. Prep yourself for the SAT/ACT early and often
3. Maintain once you develop good habits, learn how to balance them
4. Community it is important to have a positive effect on others
5. Volunteer life is bigger than baseball, give back to others

 

 

  

THIS PROGRAM IS INTENDED FOR THE INTENSE AND DEDICATED STUDENT – ATHLETE WHO SEEKS TO BETTER THEMSELVES AND REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL. IT IS ALSO INTENDED FOR PLAYERS WHO WANT TO REACH THE COLLEGE LEVEL AND BEYOND. TNJ ELITE BASEBALL STRONGLY BELIEVES IN EACH OF ITS MEMBERS AND WILL HELP GUIDE THEM TO A COLLEGIATE PROGRAM WITH THE BELIEF THAT NO PLAYER WILL BE LEFT BEHIND!
